Our Community Salutes of North Los Angeles will host a Future Enlisted Service Member Recognition Ceremony to honor currently contracted enlisted future service members and their families on November 7, 2025.

Doors Open for check-in at 11:00am. Lunch is provided by the Kiwanis Club of Santa Clarita.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00pm.

Speakers included:

• Major General Michael F. Fahey III  (USMC, Ret.)
• James Zenner, Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Military & Veteran Affairs, and a U.S. Army Veteran.
• Renard Thomas, Director, Veterans Resource Center, College of the Canyons; and Veteran of the U.S. Army and Army National Guard.
• Master of Ceremonies: John Robert "Bob" McQuaid Jr., PhD, Associate Professor of Decision Sciences, Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School.

There is no cost to attend this event.  Local businesses and individuals are underwriting the entire cost of the ceremony in honor of those who have made the selfless decision to serve our country.

Suggested dress attire is business or business casual.  Everyone must register to attend the event.
