About the Ceremony

Our Community Salutes of Northern Virginia hosted its annual Enlistee Recognition Ceremony honoring the Class of 2024 high school seniors and their families.

Speakers included:

  • Brigadier General Debra Lovette, Director of Manpower, Organization and Resources, Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters U.S. Air Force
  • Sergeant Major Allen Goodyear, Sergeant Major, Marine Corps Recruiting Command
  • Command Sergeant Major Michele Jones (USA, Ret.)
  • Jude Maboné, Miss District of Columbia 2023

The National Anthem was performed by Award-winning International Singer, Mary Millben.

Music was provided by the The United States Army Brass Quintet.
