About the Ceremony

Our Community Salutes of Oklahoma will host a Future Enlisted Service Member Recognition Ceremony to honor currently contracted enlisted future service members and their families on December 4, 2025.

Doors Open for check-in at 11:00am.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00pm.

Speakers include:

  • Brigadier General Colby B. Wyatt- Director of the Joint Staff - Oklahoma National Guard. He is responsible for directing the activities of the Army and Air Joint Staff and is the principal advisor to The Adjutant General on domestic operations.
  • Jill Castilla- In her 16 years as President and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond and Chair of Citizens Bancshares, Inc., Jill Castilla has transformed the banking landscape with visionary leadership, groundbreaking solutions, and an unwavering commitment to serving communities and military members. A military spouse, mom, and former service member, Jill is also a patent holder, having invented a self-service cash and coin solution for small businesses. She also founded ROGER, a digital-first military bank focused on eliminating fees, promoting financial literacy, and enhancing digital access for service members, veterans, and their families. Jill serves as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (Emeritus) and sits on several boards including MetaFund, the Association of Military Banks of America, and the Oklahoma Hall of Fame. She has been recognized for 12 consecutive years on American Banker’s list of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Banking.”
  • Master of Ceremonies: Jonathan Conder, Emmy Award winning weekday morning First Alert Meteorologist at KOCO 5 News and Minnesota Air National Guard Veteran.

Music is provided by the Oklahoma Army National Guard 145th Army Band Brass Quintet.

There is no cost to attend this event.  Local businesses and individuals are underwriting the entire cost of the ceremony in honor of those who have made the selfless decision to serve our country.

Suggested dress attire is business or business casual.  Everyone must register to attend the event.
