In 2023, OCS embarked on a first-of-its-kind, pilot initiative with a new ceremony model to recognize enlistees that were beyond high school graduation. In partnership with the PayPal SERVE Veteran Employee Resource Group, a corporate-hosted ceremony was held at the PayPal global headquarters in San Jose, California.
