Our Community Salutes of Northwest Indiana will host its Annual High School Enlistee Recognition Ceremony to honor its Class of 2023 high school seniors and their families on May 17, 2023.

Our 2023 featured speakers include:

Col (Ret) Christopher K. Kennedy, USA Director, Strategic Initiatives Group, DCS, G-9 Army Staff, Pentagon, Washington DC
His military awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit (3), the Bronze Star Medal (3), the Army Meritorious Service Medal (7), the Army Commendation Medal (5), the Army Achievement Medal (2), the National Defense Service Medal (2), the Iraq Campaign Medal (3), the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism.

There is no cost to attend this event. Local businesses and individuals are underwriting the entire cost of the ceremony in honor of our Class of 2023 high school enlistees who have made the selfless decision to serve our country.

Suggested dress attire is business or business casual. Everyone must register, two weeks in advance, to attend the event.
