Our Community Salutes of Orlando will host its 5th annual High School Enlistee Recognition Ceremony to honor its Class of 2026 high school seniors and their families on April 22, 2026.
Everyone must register to attend the event.
Doors Open for check-in at 5:30 pm.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
Speakers include:
- Major General James S. "Hammer" Hartsell (USMC, Ret.), Executive Director, Florida Department of Veterans Affairs
- Ms. Drina Black, Military Business Development Director at Rocket Technology, Executive Chair for Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
- Master of Ceremonies: Stephanie Buffamonte, Emmy Award-Winning Journalist at FOX 35 Orlando
Music is provided by the VFW Post 2093 Central Florida Community Band.
There is no cost to attend this event. Local businesses and individuals are underwriting the entire cost of the ceremony in honor of our Class of 2026 high school enlistees who have made the selfless decision to serve our country.
Suggested dress attire is business or business casual. Everyone must register to attend the event.
