2026 High School Enlistee Recognition Ceremony

Our Community Salutes of Owensboro, KY will host its second annual Enlistee Recognition Ceremony honoring the Class of 2026 high school seniors on Thursday, May 7th, 2026.
Since 2012, the Brandon Scott Mullins Memorial Foundation has honored high school seniors from Apollo High School who have pursued a career in the United States Armed Forces.
In 2025, we partnered with the Our Community Salutes national organization to host a special ceremony dedicated to honoring all high school seniors from Daviess County and the surrounding western Kentucky region expressing our gratitude and support for their decision. The tradition continues in 2026 with details below.

Attendees:
Priority attendance is reserved for high school seniors and their immediate families.
Special invitations have been extended to select guests.
The public is welcome and invited to attend.

Our Keynote Speaker is Major Jeff Streuker who will be in our community for three additional events as part of the National Day of Prayer.
