About the Ceremony

Our Community Salutes of the Virgin Islands (St. Croix) hosted its annual Enlistee Recognition Ceremony honoring the Class of 2024 high school seniors and their families on April 25, 2025.

Speakers included:

  • Senator Dwayne DeGraff, 36th Legislature of the USVI
  • Mr. Patrick Farrell, Director of Veterans Affairs, USVI
  • Colonel Clayton Sutton, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations and Military Support, Virgin Islands Army National Guard
  • Command Sergeant Major (Ret) Eugene Farrell, U.S. Army
