2026 High School Enlistee Recognition Ceremony

We’re excited to announce that our Community Salutes Georgia will be celebrating Georgia high school seniors who are joining the military, their families, recruiters, and all the influencers who have supported them! Join us on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 6:00-7:30 PM at the Rainwater Conference Center, located at 1 Meeting Place, Valdosta, GA 31601.
Speakers: Senior Chief Sheldon Willis, USN (Ret), Instructor Valdosta Navy JROTC, MAJ Matthew Weber, CMD USMC Recruiting Station Jacksonville, CPT Patrick Griffin SN., CMD, NTAG Jacksonville
Enlistees will receive an OCS GA Certificate of Honor, an OCS Salutes Challenge Coin, and an OCS "Why We Take the Oath" Booklet. Additionally, OCS GA will mail to each family the OCS GA 8 1/2x11 portrait of your enlisting hero.
REGISTRATION opens February 23, 2026 and closes April 6, 2026 Celebration.
